The Kipling Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Kipling reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online platforms. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
If you believe your product is defective, please email us at Kipling_Consumer@vfc.com with the following information:
- Internal white tags showing the style number
- A photo of the product in its entirety
- A photo of the defective area
- Proof of purchase within 12 months from an authorized seller
- Your full name, email address, and telephone number
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
