What is My Kipling?

My Kipling is a program that allows us to reward our most loyal customers. Members are the first to hear about the latest products, promotions, events and sales, and will earn every time they shop at Kipling-usa.com, Kipling Retail and Kipling Outlet stores in the U.S.

I already joined Kipling Rewards. Is My Kipling a different program?

No! Our rewards program launched in October 2015 as Kipling Rewards. We have recently changed the name to My Kipling to better reflect the reason for the program…you! If you have already enrolled in Kipling Rewards, you are already a member of My Kipling and do not need to reenroll.

How do I join?

Joining is easy and free! You can create an Account at Kipling-usa.com, or at any Kipling Retail or Outlet store. As soon as you sign up for My Kipling, you can begin earning points.

Who can enroll?

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll in My Kipling.

Points & Rewards

What do I get for being a My Kipling member?

Members receive 10 points per $1 spent in Kipling Retail and Outlet stores and at Kipling-usa.com. Points are not earned on taxes, fees, or shipping costs. Points are converted into rewards. One thousand (1,000) points equals (1) one $10 reward.

How do I know when I have a My Kipling reward?

You will receive an email notifying you when you have earned a reward. You can also access your rewards at Kipling-usa.com. Rewards are redeemable in U.S. Kipling Retail and Outlet stores and at Kipling-usa.com.

How do I redeem My Kipling points online?

If you have an available reward, you will be able to select and apply your reward at checkout. You must be signed in to see available rewards during checkout.

How do I redeem My Kipling points in store?

During checkout, you will scan a QR code available at the register. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive a validation link. Open the link, click to redeem your desired reward amount, and show the code to the store associate to receive your discount. NOTE - once you click to redeem from your link, those points are no longer available for redemption online.

Is everything in the store and at us.Kipling.com eligible for points?

Almost everything. You can earn points on all merchandise, but you are not able to earn points on the purchase of gift cards.

Do points expire?

Yes, unredeemed points expire 365 days after the date they were earned.

How long does it take for purchases to post to my account?

It can take up to (5) five days for your account to show your points.

Do I earn points when I use my Rewards Certificate?

Yes, you will earn points for the amount paid on purchases you make using your Rewards Certificate.

What happens when I make a return?

When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your account. If the points deducted from your account are more than what is available in your account balance, you will have a negative balance.

Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined?

No, points only accumulate once you have joined My Kipling.

Can my points be replaced if they expire?

Kipling is not responsible for any points that expire. Expired points will not be re-instated.

Can I transfer my points to another member's account?

No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.

Miscellaneous

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address will be the primary way that we track your points. The store associate will ask for this information during check-out to ensure your purchases are added to your Rewards Account. When you use the same email address during the check-out process at Kipling-usa.com, you will earn points on your online purchases.

What if I don't have an email address?

If you do not have one, we suggest creating a free address at gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com. All communication is done via email, and to access your account information. Unfortunately, you cannot join My Kipling without a valid email address.

What if I don't want to receive emails from us.Kipling.com?

To remain in the My Kipling program, you must be willing to receive My Kipling emails. You may unsubscribe from general Kipling marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Where do I go to see my account activity?

Visit us.Kipling.com at any time to access your My Kipling rewards page to track your points balance.

Will you sell my name and send me spam email or junk mail?

Kipling does not sell or rent our list to any other organizations to contact customers directly. Our complete Privacy Policy can be read here.

What if I have questions about my points, Rewards Certificates, etc?

What if I want to unenroll from the program?

We're sorry to see you go. You can unnroll at any time by calling Kipling Customer Service at 833-874-1048.

What does "Points Migration Balance" mean?

As a part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible rewards program experience, we transitioned to a new loyalty platform. Any points you had previously earned were transferred to the new platform.
