Great bag but with flaw design detail

"This bag would be perfect if there is not weird ""wire bar"" inserts at 4 edges of this bag. I think Kipling's designer was trying to give this bag more structure by inserting ""wire/boning"" bars at the seam so the bag won't collapse, but the wire was already deformed and bent when arrived due to they way they packed the bag during production. so the bag is concaved inward and gives the bag a weird shape. I wish they had just not inserting this wire at the edge. I would have to return this bag. . . otherwise I love how big compact the bag is but with a lot of rooms to hold your daily essentials. sigh. . ."
