Huge disservice

"Honestly I would give 0 stars if they allowed it. The material is super thin and fragile, horrible quality. I was so shocked and disappointed when I saw it that I haven't use it yet. I was a kipling's fan for years. It was always my first choice for backpacks and functional bags, but after this fiasco I found myself looking for a new option."

"This is my go to back pack! I use it for everything…work, school and travel. The straps are super comfortable and it has a lot of space. I can fit my laptop, school books, even binders. For travel I packed a set of clothing, snacks and electronics everything fit perfectly."

"I give 3 stars only because you left out some important things easy to include. 1. One you don’t have a key ring inside to clip my keys on. I always used that on my last pac. Needed that so I could always know where I had them. 2. You excluded the small side zipper also that can access the inside. I found that very useful on my last pac. 3. When it arrived it did not have a monkey attached or inside of the pack. What’s is a Kipling pac without the monkey? 4. I ordered it Jan 12 I think. I recieved it Feb 15 I think only after multiple conversations with your customer service, who basically told me tough luck when I told them I hadn’t recieved it after 3 weeks. After 4 weeks one of you customer service people thankfully said they shipped me a new pac and it did arrive timely."
