Very roomy overall, but doesn't fit a 15" laptop

"This is a nice bag and I intend to keep it, but it definitely will NOT fit a 15" laptop in the laptop "sleeve. " You could easily fit one into the main compartment, but it's not going to be protected in that area. Not sure why it's specifically marketed for a laptop that doesn't fit."

"Very disappointed and I hate that now I realize this site charge a return. The zipper opening is small. So it is uncomfortable, and the sides of the bag, the pockets are too tight, impossible to place my 12 oz Stanley mug. So difficult is for Kipling to make a small/ medium tote with bottle holder outside? come on Kipling. Getting frustrated that also many of your travel bags or totes does not have trolley sleeve. (I am happy I found two of Lug brand)."
